About Us

IASON consulting is a specialized consulting firm for the development and regulatory approval of medical devices and pharmaceutical products. Our powerful platform enables clients to efficiently create regulatory documentation and optimize their processes.

As our company continues to grow, so do the requirements for our internal processes and quality standards. Therefore, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) who will actively enhance and adapt our existing quality and process systems to meet new demands.

Your Responsibilities

• Expansion and optimization of existing quality and process systems to support our consultants in creating regulatory documents (PSUR, CER, BER).

• Identification and implementation of new requirements for our internal processes due to company growth or regulatory changes.

• Process management and efficiency improvement through standardization and automation of recurring workflows.

• Ensuring consistent use of project management and quality assurance tools and training consultants on new developments.

• Knowledge management and documentation: Maintaining and expanding an internal knowledge platform with templates, best practices, and guidelines.

• Reporting and performance measurement: Developing KPIs to measure the efficiency of consulting projects and deriving optimization measures.

Your Profile

• A degree in business administration, engineering, natural sciences, project management, or a related field.

• Experience in project management and in enhancing existing quality or process systems, ideally in a consulting or regulated environment.

• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work style with a focus on efficiency improvements.

• Proficiency in project management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Office).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively drive change.

• Fluent in German and English
